It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend. Frank, at age 79 at his home in Leesburg, Florida. Frank was born in Simcoe, Ontario Canada. His childhood was spent in Toronto and summers in Port Dover, Ontario Canada at the cottage.

Frank graduated from Cornell University on a full hockey scholarship, then went on to receive his MBA at York University in Toronto, and played for the varsity hockey team. He was a successful entrepreneur who built a life through hard work, determination and an unmistakable sense of purpose. Frank co-founded Syner Med Inc., a medical education company whose programs were used worldwide by physicians. He was proud of what he accomplished, but those who knew him best will remember him not simply for his success in business, but for the wonderful person he was.

Frank shared a lifetime of memories with his wife, parents, brothers and sisters which included childhood experiences, family celebrations, laughter, disagreements and countless moments that all who knew him can truly understand. He lived in Bonita Springs, Florida and then moved to central Florida where his life was filled with golf, boating, entertaining with lots of laughter with his many friends. Those memories will remain with us and become even more precious with time.

Frank leaves behind his loving wife Carol and will be deeply missed by his brothers Richard (Kim), Mike (Isabel), Patrick (Maggie), and sister Susan (Dave) as well as many nieces, nephews, God children and countless friends.

Frank was predeceased by his father, Leonard, his mother Helen, his sisters Mary Catherine, Teresa, Rita and niece Tara.

Rest peacefully Frank. You will be missed and never forgotten! A private mass & internment is planned in Canada. A Celebration of Life will be Friday, October 16, 2026 4 pm-7pm at the Leesburg Boat Club, Leesburg, Florida. If anyone chooses to commemorate Frank, charitable donations in his name may be made to Moffitt Cancer Center Tampa, FL.
