Frank N. Jones, 61 of Cordova died November 18, 2015 in Edgewater, FL with his family by his side. Frank was born and raised in Hialeah, FL on October 18, 1954 to Virginia and Frank Jones. In the late 1970's Frank decided to leave South Florida, so he and his wife, Lisa got into their car and drove to Alaska. They loved the beauty of Alaska and moved there in 1980. Frank owned and operated Inlet Construction Company for many years and built the facilities at Child's Glacier, remodeled the Cordova High School and he forest service building along with many other Cordova projects. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and would provide food for many friends during the long winter months with Moose and Deer. One of his passions was "Trapping" off the coast of Alaska. Frank was a one of a kind man. His generosity to others, witty humor and love of nature will always be fond memories for his family. Frank is survived by his loving wife Lisa, cherished daughter, Nikki and her husband, Jake Davies and grandson, Reef. A life celebration was held in Florida with his family.
