Frank U. Neat, 57, of Lehigh Acres, FL passed away on August 10, 2018 at the Gulf Coast Medical Center. He was born on January 24, 1961 in Baltimore, MD to the late Frank U. Neat II and Frances (Orr) Neat. He is a Navy Veteran. His hobbies included fishing, shooting his gun collection, playing the Organ, and most important riding his Harley Davidson in the Christian Motorcycle Association. He worked as a Biomedical Engineer for over 25 years. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Esperanza Neat; his 4 children, Sarah, Kimberly, Rebekah and Christopher; and his one granddaughter, Harley.
