Frank Davis passed away at age 82 April 15, 2016.  Born in Elco, PA into a family of 4 brothers and 2 sisters.  After his parents death, he was raised by his oldest brother in Chicago.  Proudly served in the U.S. Army in Korea.  While working full-time for Western Electric as a lineman, he attended night school at Northwestern and earned his  Business Administration degree.    Here he met and married Chicagoan, Barbara.  He became active in the Elk's and was instrumental in developing programs for needy neighborhood children and was chosen Elk of the Year.  Worked for Oscar Mayer in Labor Relations, then for Diebold in Canton, OH.  He loved History novels and his knowledge of historical events was amazing.  Ended his working career as an Executive Recruiter.  Leaves behind 19 nieces and nephews. 2001 he and Barbara retired to Florida.    Charities:  St. Jude, Shriner's Hosp., Salvation Army.
