Fred "Randy" Maynard, 60, of Ocala passed away on May 8, 2018 with his loving family around him.  He was born in Pike County, KY on April 19, 1958 to the late John Wallace and Essie Mae Maynard.  Randy moved to Ocala from Naples, fl in 2015 and was of Baptist Faith.  He loved to fish, any chance he was able, enjoyed swimming in  the Gulf of Mexico and was a wood worker where he designed and whittles wooden chess sets.  Randy was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Maynard Hall: his faithfull and loving dog of 15 years, "Nibble" He is survived by daughter, Misty "Mist" Maynard of Quincey, FL; sisters, Charlene Adams of Somerville, AL, Sandy Brastad and husband, Nels, of Ocala, Patty Dias and husband Allen, of Ocala; brother, James Bernier of Ocala; granddaughter, Halley Collins of Brooksville, FL. The Family plans to have a Celebration of Life for Randy at a later date.
