Frederick (Fritz) Jesse, 80, passed away October 5, 2022, in Ormond Beach, Florida. He was born August 26, 1942in Dunkirk, New York, to Rose (Ryby) Jesse and Albert Jesse.

Fritz was a talented musician, played in many bands in Dunkirk and with the Fox Boys in Ormond Beach, Florida. He played the guitar and bass, and he studied the keyboard. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, sketching, and painting. He also loved animals, especially his dog Scooch.

Fritz worked at G.E. in Erie, Pennsylvania, as an excellent machinist at True Temper in Dunkirk, New York, and at Hawaiian Tropic in Ormond Beach, Florida. He was a member of AA for 42 sober years. His goal was to be a kind, decent person, and he achieved that goal.

Fritz is survived by many friends, his wife Norine, daughter Gretchen Price (Kevin), son Thomas Jesse (Dawn), grandson Eric, great-granddaughter Ava, and his brother Roy Jesse of Dunkirk, New York. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
