Frederick ( Fred ) Neville of Leesburg, Fl, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July, 8, 1950 to Lorraine and Thomas Neville. Fred was married to his wife Carolyn for 45 years. He served in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War. Fred was a business owner in Outdoor Advertising with his brothers for twenty years. And he was an active member of the Elks in Lakeland, Fl. Carolyn and Fred enjoyed many fun-filled experiences, most of them in their RV.
His good soul was shown through taking care of his mother and aunt and was also a favorite neighbor helping them with whatever they needed.
He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn, his brother Tom (Eileen), his in-laws Leslie and Larry Hay, Dave and Gayle Funk, Priscilla Cooke, Maggie Neville and his son, Chris Neville. Fred also has several cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. And, of course, his kitty Jilly.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Charlie.
Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice of Lake County, Florida, or Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are scheduled for April 17th at 1:30 at Bushnell National Cemetery. It will be followed by a Celebration of Life in the Oak Room at Arlington Ridge in Leesburg, Florida.
