Gary George Mendola, 65, of Belleview, FL passed away July 26, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.  Born in the Bronx, NY, he came to this area in 1974 from Brick, NJ.  Gary enjoyed music, fishing, boating, repairing cameras, riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.  He is survived by his sons, Aaron Joseph Mendola (Glenna) of Ocala and Clinton Gary Mendola of Ocala; companion, Kay Mace of Belleview; sisters, Lucille Burke (Howard) of Ocala and Millie Biggs (Rich) of Alabama; his former wife, Carol Bowen of Ocala and sister-in-law, Claudia Mendola of Ocala.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Mendola, parents, Anthony and Lucille (Cannistraro) Mendola and brother, Anthony Mendola.  The family is planning a Celebration of Gary's Life at a later date yet to be determined.  Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funerals & Cremation 11250 SW 93rd Ct.
