George J. Anderson Sr., age 76, of Ocala, FL, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 11th, 2023 at home, with his family. George was born on September 17, 1946, to his parents, Mary Eunice and Leon Anderson in Brooksville, FL. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and spending time with his family. His family and friends will always remember him as an intelligent, witty, and loving no-nonsense kind of guy.

George is survived by his wife, Donna of 45 years; their children, Angella Pitts (Michael), Kristina Jenkins (CJ), George Jr. and grandchildren, Alexander Ford (Rachel), Tyler Pitts, Kaela Parker, Bryce and Cameron Jenkins. Surviving siblings are Caster (Rosa) and Shirley Anderson and a wealth of cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved dearly.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alphonso "Bumblebee" and William "Shot"; and sister, Patricia.
