George Henry Carroll (79), of Titusville, Florida, passed away on April 6th, 2025 at Holmes Regional Medical Center; with his son by his side. George was born November 12, 1945 in Buffalo, New York to the late James and Sophia (Hunger) Carroll. He is survived by his son Erik (Jenna) Carroll of Gowanda, NY and three grandchildren; Zachary, Makenzie and Aidan. He was a brother to Patrick (late Helen) Carroll, Betty (Richard) Zajac, Mary Ellen (John) Ullman, the late Frances, the late Ann (Leo) Gainey and the late James Carroll. George worked at the Bethlehem Steel Plant in Buffalo, NY and J.N. Adam Hospital. In the late 1990s he moved to Florida. He was loved and will be missed by his many friends, neighbors and their pets. George's biggest joy in life was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Riders Florida Chapter, as he was a life long member. A private family burial will be held back in NYS.
