George Francis Sams III, 60, of Fort Myers, FL passed away on August 27, 2024. George was born on May 2, 1964, in Dayton, Ohio to parents George and Darlene (Koon) Sams. He graduated from Tippecanoe High school in Tipp City, Oh. He went on to enjoy work as an Auto Mechanic.

George enjoyed helping the church he and his late wife attended in West Milton now called River-Valley church. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and never went anywhere without his beloved service dog Purdy.

He is survived by his Father, George F. Sams Jr. of Tipp City, OH; Daughters, Molly (Jesse) Wilson of Jacksonville, FL; Mandy (Mike) Safriet of Tipp City, OH; Mindy (Andrew) Foulk of South Lebanon, OH ; Son, Bradley (Jessica) Fasick of Dayton, OH; Step son Josh (Isabel) Hudson of Bridgeport, WA; Sister, Darla (Pete) Rose of Punta Gorda, FL; Brother Jason (Heather) Sams of Lexington, SC Grandchildren, Bryce (Olivia), Austin, Dani, Klara, Alana, Michael, Kaylee, Addilyn, Austin, Braylynn, Breeleigh; Emma, and a Great Grandchild Emmitt, as well as many other loving friends and family members. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Donna(Perry) Sams and Mother Darlene (Koon) Sams.

No services will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to River-Valley Church in West Milton, OH in his name.
