Georgia Mae Porter (Jones) -73 of Cape Coral Florida passed away at Hope Hospice on February 28th 2020. Georgia was born December 27th 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky and she grew up in Illinois. The warm sunshine of Florida was Georgia's calling; she loved the warm weather of the sunshine state and made Florida her home.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Lavern Jones and Her husband Jerry Porter.

She will be missed by her three children, Ann VanZuyt of Spanaway Washington, Mike Hayes of Bettendorf, Iowa and Carolyn Pote of Spanish Fort, Alabama and her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and family members throughout the United States. We love you mom! Spread your wings and fly!
