Georgiana "Georgy" Johnson passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday, December 31, 2016.  She was born in Ridgewood, Queens, New York to George & Bertha Johnson on July 19, 1948.  She previously resided in Chuluota, The Villages and later Ocala, Florida.  She enjoyed giving back to the community.  She devoted her life to being a loving mother and caretaker.  She is survived by her son, Michael johnson, her sister Carole (Helmut) Kadner, and her nephew Georg (Kimberly) Kadner.  Memorial services will be held at Hope Lutheran Church at 12 PM on Saturday, January 7, 2017.  Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Interfaith Emergency Services in her honor.
