Gerald (Jerry) Dean Hollis, age 81, passed away on Wednesday Aug. 18, 2021, in Cape Coral FL. He was born January 15,1940, in Belleville,Wis., to his parents Ervin and Alice (Kuhl) Hollis. Jerry graduated from Belleville High School 1958. On May 23, 1959 he was united in marriage to Sandra Ann Garcia and had two children Wayde and Shay. The couple later divorced. Jerry worked as a proud Union Carpenter for 37 years and retired as a Representative for Local 314 NCS Regional Council of Carpenters.

He is survived by his son Wayde G. Hollis of Crested Butte Colo.; daughter Shay (Rudy) Zimmerman of Mineral Point, Wis.; grandson Jason M. Hendrickson; great-grandson, Easton M Klinzing-Hendrickson both of Sun Prairie; Sisters, Joyce Little, Judy (Ernie) Furrer, Jolene(Gary) Butenhoff; brother Jimmie (Priscilla) Hollis. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond, Wayne and Norman; and sister Audrey Arn.

Per Jerry's wishes, no funeral will be held. The family would like to thank his Cape Coral neighborhood family for their kindness, compassion and friendship. Jerry always spoke highly of you all, we are grateful.
