Gerald Sadowski, 73, of North Fort Myers, passed away January 13, 2021, at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, FL. Born January 15, 1947 in Detroit, MI., he was the son of Sigmund Joseph Sadowski and Alice Marcysiak. Jerry was a 1965 graduate of De La Salle Colligate, Detroit, MI., an avid golfer, and member of the Del Tura Men's Golf Association. He was an umpire for several years for Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Men's Softball League. Surviving are his loving wife, Linda Louise Sadowski (nee Sadler) of North Fort Myers, FL., brother, Thomas Sadowski and his daughter Julie Sadowski Mace, both of Macomb, MI., 2 step daughters, Sara L. Adams and Kristi E. Livengood, both of Royal Oak, MI., step son, Andrew R. Adams of Ithaca, NY., and 5 grandchildren, Joseph V. Mace, Aubrey L. Livengood, Caleb R. Livengood, Rose L. Peterson, and Francesca C. Adams-Zimmerman. There will be a memorial service in the summer of 2021 in Michigan. Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, Fort Myers, assisted with arrangements.
