Giovanni "John" Quarto of Edgewater, FL. Formally of Providence, RI. passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019 at the age of 66. Born in Providence, RI. He was the son of Rose (Marinelli) Quarto and the late Michele "Mikey Black" Quarto. John was a musician and vocalist with QTQ, Family & Friends, New Image and other bands for over 50 years. Music was John's passion in life. Surviving is his loving wife, Monica (Schilg) Quarto of 18 1/2 years, a daughter Adina Quarto of Lincoln RI, a son Giovanni Quarto Jr of New York, a step daughter Meranda (Kenny) Patten and a step son Ray Eggert of Edgewater, FL. John is also survived by his brother Michele Quarto of Ormond Beach, FL and his sister Gina (Ernest) Quarto-Patnaude of Johnston, RI.

He was the grandfather of Giovanni, Katerina, Christina, Celia, Spencer, Hailey and Liam who were his pride and joy. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends. A celebration of life will be held in Florida and Rhode Island time and dates to be announced.
