Glen Scot Gagnon, 42, of Port Orange FL was killed early Saturday morning by a hit and run driver on the North Causeway New Smyrna Beach.   Glen came here in 2007 from Winsted, CT and worked as an installer with A&R Insulation of Port Orange. Glen loved his family and children.  He leaves to cherish his memory a son Glen Carroll and daughter Kirsten Stoecker-Gagnon both of Winsted, CT, sisters Carol (Dale) Cox of Winsted and Sheila (Dwayne) Grondin of New Smyrna Beach Florida, brothers Joe, Albert, Chris all of Winsted, Larry of Anchorage, AK, Josh (Lori) Gagnon of Southwick, MA and many nephews and nieces. Services will be conducted in Connecticut. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Baldwin Brothers Cremation Service.
