Glenston (Monk), age 75, passd away peacefully from this life the evening of March 18, 2019 at the Advent Fish Memorial Hospital after a gradual decline in health.  He was born and raised in the parish of Hanover, Jamaica.  He worked as a jeweler and a Farmer prior to immigrating to the United States in the early 1980″s.

While living in the United Stes, Glen found the passion for barbering.  He worked as a Barber for over 20 years and he always considered himself "the beat of the best."  Prior to his retirement, Glen taught his sons the tricks of the trade.

With Glen's continuous support and efforts his children were able to immigrate to the United States.

Glen leaves to cherish his memories eleven children, Sonia, Winston, Brenda, Michael, Juliet, Charlene, Donnaree, Sharifah, Glenston, Jr, Shantal and Clinton, twenty-two grandchildren, sister, Swaby, five brothers, and many close friends.

Glen will be interred at the family plot in Hanover, Jamaica on April 13, 2019.
