Gloria Belen Sostre, 89, of Lehigh Acres, passed away June 19, 2020, at Gulf Coast Medical Center, in Fort Myers, FL. Born September 7, 1930, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Nicolas Sostre and Ruperta Santana. Gloria earned an associates degree from American Junior College and worked as the North Regional Director of Head Start of Puerto Rico prior to retirement. She relocated to southwest Florida from New York City. Surviving are her daughter Carmen M. Garcia, son in law Rafael Garcia, grandson Rafael D. Garcia Jr., granddaughter Sabrina M. Garcia, granddaughter Brook-Lynn M. Garcia, grandson Emmanuel A. Garcia, granddaughter in law Ashley Garcia, great granddaughter Coraline Rose Garcia, grandson Santos Conde Jr. III, granddaughter Tiffany Conde, and grandson Taino Conde. Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, Fort Myers, assisted with arrangements.
