It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gunter August Eisenhardt who was born on August 16, 1930 in Germany.  He passed away suddenly on January 30, surrounded by all of his family.

Gunter was a baker by trade, and he loved to paint and to make beautiful projects out of stained glass.  He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Christa I. (Wolfgang) Eisenhardt, his loving daughter Deborah (Eisenhardt) Bukovitz of Orrville, Ohio and his cherished son John Paul Eisenhardt and his wife Jill.  He has three grandchildren Derek and Corey (Heidi), Gage Bukovitz (Elizabeth) and one granddaughter Elizabeth (Eisenhardt) Bennett and two step grandsons, Ricky Marts and Kody LaPerre, Seven great grandchildren, Brookly, Addison, Hazel, Ariel, Willow, Benjamin, and Cooper.  He is also survived by his older sister Margot Richter and his younger brother Horst Eisenhardt and many nieces and nephews in Germany.

Gunter will be greatly missed.  Rest in peace.
