Guy Anthony Standing, 64 of New Smyrna Beach died peacefully Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at home with his family by his side.  Guy was born August 24, 1947 in Norfolk, VA.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and moved to New Smyrna Beach in 1998.  Guy is survived by seven brothers and sisters, Marie Beck, Diane (Bill) Peery, MaryLinda (Dennis) Merklinger, Robert (Kathy) Standing, Patrick (Lisa) Standing, Michael (Helen) Standing and Stephen (Becky) Standing.  Private family services will be held in Norfolk, VA.
