Harold D. Bartsch, age 73 of Lehigh Acres, FL formally Milwaukee, WI, died Friday, January 10, 2025.

Harold is survived by his children Jessica (Paul Lindquist) Bartsch of Plantation, FL and Jason (Trina) Bartsch of South Milwaukee, WI, his 2 grandchildren, Selena Bartsch and Angelina Bartsch; his brother, Ralph Nolte of Merton, WI; his brother-in-laws, Dieter (Sylvia) Stolp of Weston, Wi and John (Janet) Stolp of Lehigh Acres, FL. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his beloved wife Monika Bartsch, his parents Mildred and Harold Bartsch, his mother-in-law and father-in-law Marianne and Gunter Stolp, his brothers Roger Bartsch, Kenneth Nolte and William Nolte, his sisters Mildred Nolte, Jayne Bakemeyer, Dorothy Lawrence, Joan Hassett and Nancy Whitelaw.

Harold was in the Army and served overseas in Korea. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, Monika and their two children. The majority of travel was driving from place to place: Florida, Canada, South Dakota, Ohio and the Smoky Mountains. They both shared a passion for pets: dogs, cats, cockatiels and even ferrets. He enjoyed boating, water skiing, and tubing, along with the Florida heat. Harold could always be found in the swimming pool. He always ensured his home would have a pool whether it was a small pop up or a big-sized pool. He really loved his in-ground pool at his Florida home. He was always willing to help people who needed it. He loved being with his family and friends and left a huge impression on everyone who met him.
