arold (Hap) Mann, 95, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2023. Hap was born in Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada. Hap was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Gladys Mann, first wife Ruth, and son-in-law Greg Fulton. He is survived by his loving wife Vera Jo (Joey), his daughter Susan Fulton, and his sister Joan Kinchela. Hap was a cherished Papa to two granddaughters Cherie (Bill Cruse) and Kathy (Dan Fogel) and a beloved Great Papa to Andy, Katie, Tyler and Courtney.

Hap lived most of his life in the Buffalo, NY area. His father taught him to play the guitar at an early age which began a lifetime love of country music. He started his own band "Happy Mann and the Country Squires" and played music in the Buffalo area for over 30 years. In 1984 he moved to Port Orange and continued singing and playing music, forming the "North Country Band" for another 30 years.
