Harriet Louise Young (June 14, 1947-May 21, 2023) She was the daughter of Harry and Margaret Mercer of Mansfield, OH and grew up in the town of Milan. Harriet has always had an interest in playing the piano and started at the young age of 4. She played the organ for her local church growing up, had the opportunity of playing alongside the Florida Orchestra as an accompanist, performed multiple concerts alongside fellow musicians, and truly enjoyed all things musical. Harriet is survived by her beloved husband, Richard Young, in which they had been married for 51 years. They have one daughter, Bonnie, son-in-law Paul, and her beloved Granddaughter Grace; as well as her brother, Terry Mercer and her sister-in-law, Pam. Harriet is also survived by her extended family and friends. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ and is now in his presence forevermore. A celebration of life service is being planned for Harriet on Saturday May 27th 2023, from 10am to 12 noon at Baldwin Brothers Timber Ridge Chapel, 11250 SW 93rd Court Rd.
