Harvey J. Horne, 86, of Winter Park, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018.

Born in Richlandtown, PA, to Cora Mae and Harvey Kaufman Horne, Harvey was the youngest of 7 children, all preceding him in death.

Harvey was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War and an aerospace master planner with Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) for over 30 years.

Surviving are his wife Anne J. Horne (Tompkins), Winter Park; two children: son Charles H. Horne and wife, Margaret (Geary), Burnsville, NC; son Randall L. Horne and husband, Charles Ivey, Orlando, FL; two grandchildren: Charles C. Horne, Winter Springs, FL; and Rachel E. Horne-Jones, and husband Noah Jones, Asheville, NC; four great-grandchildren: Chase Horne and Jewel Horne, Winter Springs, FL; and Heron Jones and Freya Jones, Asheville, NC.

A Celebration of Harvey's life will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, July 26, 2018 at The Capen House, located at the Polasek Museum and Sculptural Gardens, 633 Osceola Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Burial will be at Palm Cemetery, Winter Park, FL
