Hazel Elizabeth "Beth" Varns, 60, of Eustis, Florida passed away unexpectedly on December 3, 2019.  Beth was born on October 31, 1959 to Willard and Marie Collier in Eustis, Florida.  After marriage she was an over the road truck driver with her late husband Phill Varns.  Beth later decided to stay home to spend time with her mother and family.

Beth's hobbies were gardening, lawncare, her dog Missy and shopping when she wasn't busy helping family and friends with anything they needed. Beth was an advocate and supporter of every first responder.  She had family members that represent every area, Fire, Police, Deputy Sherriff, Corrections and EMS.  She loved sharing this with everyone.

She was preceded in death by her father Willard Collier, Sisters Teresa Palmer and Sherry Collier, brother-in-law Neal Tucker and her husband of 42 years Phillip Varns.

Beth is survived by her mother Marie Collier, brother Bill Collier, sister Susie Tucker, sister and brother-in-law Lisa and Jeff Bryant, brother and sister-in-law Tim and Donna Collier, Nephews Billy Nettles, Shawn Collier, Jason Taylor and Tyler Palmer, Nieces Michelle McClain, Crystal Connaughton, Candice Collier and Courtney Varney.

Beth requested no formal service. She asked that she be remembered as she was in life.
