Heide Jo Grimm, 81, died peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. She was born April 26, 1940, in Rosbach- Rodheim, Germany. Heide was the daughter of Walter and Gertha Grimm, and sister to Margit Eddington. Heide met her first husband Jesse Martin while he was stationed in her home country of Germany. The two of them have 3 daughters, Lorena Kendrick, Mona Martin, and Lisa Kelly, as well as one son, David Martin. Heide was predeceased by her parents, sister, and ex husband. Surviving and mourning her death are her four children, and numerous grand and great grand children.

Heide was an world traveler, traveling to all the countries in Europe, as well as Russia, Australia, Mexico, and Chile. She loved to read, and could join any conversation with her vast knowledge on different subjects. Heide loved movies, ice cream and chocolate. She was particularly proud of her service as a substance abuse counselor. Her legacy and laughter will live on through all generations that loved her. A memorial service will be held for Heide on May 22nd at 10:30 at the Unity Church in Titusville
