Helen Gelsomino, 94, went to the Lord on July 8 after a lengthy well-fought battle with dementia.  Born and raised in Providence, RI, she retired in 1983 as a bookkeeper, then relocated to FL.  Beloved wife of Carmino Gelsomino for 74 years; sister to the late Theresa Moore; much-loved mother to her daughter Deborah Raviele and "favorite" son-in-law, Joseph Raviele; loving grandmother to Joseph and Jennifer and their spouses, Crystal and TJ.  A private funeral service will be held in FL.  A memorial service will be held in RI on September 15, 2018.  Please contact the family for details.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.  Condolences may be left at www.baldwincremation.com .
