Hildegard J. Platte, 96 of Clearwater FL passed away April 12th 2025.

She was born in Pewamo, Michigan on April 25th 1928. Hildegard graduated from Pewamo-Westphalia Highschool and an associate degree from Washtenaw Community College.

She was married to Carl. F Platte on May 1st 1947.

Hildegard had a career in accounting for the Univeristy of Michigan Finance Department. She was a member of the Canadian Club. She had a love for traveling, dancing, reading, bridge, scrabble and golf.

She is survived by her children, Bruce, Brian and Russell Platte, and Brenda Luckhardt. Grandchildren, Kevin Platte,  Heather Platte, Zachariah Platte, Jedidiah Platte, Brandon Platte and Elizabeth Platte, Laura Bryant, Rebecca Black, and Justin Luckhardt. Great-Granchildren Ashton Luckhardt, Emalyn Lalone, Alayna Lalone, Collyns Bryant and Annolise.

Hildegard Platte was the very last to live from her family origin. The very last of the Infamous Cook Sisters.

Funeral services will be held in the Fall of 2025 at the light of Christ Catholic Church.
