Howard "Bud" Rigsby, 88, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019.  He was born on October 12, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Howard Sr. and Henrietta Rigsby.  Bud was a Navy Veteran and worked in the trucking industry.  He was a member of St. James United Church of Christ.  Upon retiring, he enjoyed an active life at Nolin Lake and Fort Myers Beach, Florida while living in Charlestown, Indiana.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn, sister Marty Faulkner (Bobby, deceased), brother Ray (Dale), three children, Steve (Marilyn), Brenda McElfresh (Glen, deceased) and Bruce (Vicki).  This includes six (6) grandchildren and eight (8) great-grandchildren.

The family will be having a private memorial, so in-lieu of a public funeral arrangements, the family requests that contributions in Bud's memory be made to the American Heart Association.
