Hugh S Fegely, 99, died Tuesday, March 8, 2011. He was born in North Girard, Pennsylvania to Ethel and Walter Fegely.  Hugh was graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for, and retired from, Westinghouse Corporation with 29 years of service in both Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Buffalo, New York. During his tenure with Westinghouse he became the electrical design engineer and department supervisor. He also held two patents at Westinghouse. His leisure time was spent enjoying photography, electronics, woodworking, boating and astronomy. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Elsie, daughters Sandra West, Gail Wiatr, and her husband Bob, and step daughter Carol Hart,  and her husband Bill, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
