Ilonka Hock, 88 of St. Louis, Missouri died Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at her daughter's home surrounded by her family.  Ilonka was born August 23, 1930 in Kikinda, Serbia to the late Janos and Erzsebet Pataki.  She met and married the love of her life, Peter in Serbia.  They moved to the United States in February 1957 to raise their family.  Ilonka worked as a seamstress, and as a product handler for a candy factory for many years. She and Peter were members of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, St Louis.  Ilonka will be remembered for her hardworking, nurturing, yet assertive personality.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter.  She is survived by her daughter, Annemarie and son-in-law, Raimund Martine of Ormond Beach, FL and son, John Hock of St Louis, MO; granddaughter, Daniela Martine and many nieces and nephews and long-time friends.
