IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Innocente “Nancy”
Pardal
May 30, 1937 – June 2, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Innocente "Nancy" Pardal. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She passed away peacefully on June 2, 2023. Nancy was born in Manhattan, New York on May 30,1937. Her family moved to Staten Island when she was young. It was on Staten Island where she met her partner in life and love. Nancy would bowl with her father. That is where her future husband saw her and told his friends I'm going to marry that girl. For Tony it was love at first sight. They were married on September 2,1961 with a big beautiful wedding surrounded by friends and family, wishing them well. They had 3 children that consumed their lives. Nancy devoted her life to her children and always tried to make their lives special. Tony and Nancy moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 1977 to do just that. They wanted their kids to have a better life than the "big city". Nancy loved to cook for friends and family, and could make a feast out of nothing especially in lean times. Holidays, birthdays and special occasions were spent around the table. Nancy and Tony took up traveling when they retired. She loved to visit new and interesting places and find new and different recipes. She made fast friends where they were, once in Portugal she met a woman at a parade and got the family invited to Sunday dinner. She had a big personality but it was centered on her family. She is survived by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Pardal. Her 3 children and their spouses, Maria Benninghoven, daughter – Webb Benninghoven, husband Tony Pardal, Jr, son – Beth Pardal, wife Manny Pardal, son – Debbie Pardal, wife Her 5 grand children: Anthony Pardal Lyssa Lott Richard Pardal Matthew Lott Isabel Pardal And all who knew her and the lives she touched. She is in a peaceful place surrounded by those she has loved. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, June 12, 2023 at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
