Isaul Jorge Concepcion, 59, of Kissimmee, FL passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021. He was born in the Bronx, NY and lived there all his life, moving to Kissimmee in September of 2021. He was a groundskeeper with NYC Parks Dept. Isaul was funny, outgoing, and the life of the party. Never met a stranger and was loved by all. He is survived by two former wives; Juanita and Casserine, his son Justin Concepcion, and 12 brothers and sisters.
