Jackie "Jack" Gail Guffey, 68, of Bonita Springs, FL passed away peacefully on December 26, 2019, surrounded by family at his residence. He was born on June 18, 1951 in Susie, KY to the late Walter and Iola (Coyle) Guffey. Jack was a United States Army Veteran, proudly serving during Vietnam. He loved fishing, shade tree mechanics and spending time with family. Jack worked as a horticultural and citrus technician for over 45 years, for several organizations locally here in SWFL , with his final 20 years of employment being with Alico Inc. He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Guffey; his son, William Curtis Guffey and his wife Olivia; his granddaughter, Kyle Guffey; and his sister, Faye Crowe. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, Ft. Myers, FL.
