James Christopher Bailey, 39, of Edgewater, FL passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Daytona Beach, FL. James was born on October 16, 1976 in Key West, FL. He worked as a Mason at Cicero Masonry INC. James enjoyed spending time with his family, and with his father in Key West. He loved fishing for big Reds in the Mosquito Lagoon, and teaching others to fish when he had the chance. James also enjoyed lobster diving, target shooting, watching MMA fights, and was pretty good at being a DJ and spinning turntables. He is survived by his father, James Bailey; his mother, Rhonda Lee Mayo; his fiancé, Somia Buchanan; sisters, Melinda and Shaina; his brother, Timothy Bailey; his step children by heart, James, Jeremy, and Briana Buchanan; his 8 grandchildren by heart; his brothers by heart, Dennis, Tim, and Richard; his sister by heart, Terry; and numerous other friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 3:00 pm at the Baldwin Brothers Funerals and Cremation, 620 Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange FL.
