James R. Burkart, a loving husband to Debra Burkart for 33 years, passed away at the age of 70 years old on Saturday evening April 26, 2025 with his wife by his side. Jim was born on March 17, 1955 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Robert and Marion Burkart. His father Robert passed away in July 2018 and his mother moved to Port Charlotte, FL and lives with both Jim and Debbie. Jim was an Eagle Scout and a life guard when he was growing up. He received his BS degree in business from UW-GreenBay.

He enjoyed traveling, real estate and investing. Jim had two brothers John Burkart (died 2020) and Daniel ( Jayman) Burkart.
