A tribute to James Fournier by Loretta Owens

Jim was a loving father, grandfather, brother, son and so much more.

Everyone who knew Jim, loved him. He was the most loving and caring man I have ever known.   His children meant the world to him, his grandchildren the light of his life.  He loved living and could turn the most ordinary day into a memorable occasion.  He loved being out in nature, fishing, camping, cooking out and gardening.  He loved spending time with family and friends. We had many memorable road trips and he was always ready to go.  He was passionate about his work and loved teaching, and training someone to be a good carpenter.  When you were with Jim you could count on having a good time.  He knew how to keep everyone smiling and wanted everyone to love one another… no room for animosity in this mans heart.  When I think of Jim I will always remember the love he shared, the light in his eyes, his passionate and silly sides.  Jim will be missed but will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who loved him.
