James H. Brady, 90, of Port Orange, passed away on March 16, 2018. He was a native of Providence, Rhode Island, and was a US Coast Guard veteran. James was a retired maritime engineer. Jim loved sailing, owning many yachts throughout his life. He was a member of the Sodus Bay Yacht club, the NRA and Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Port Orange. He and his wife were members of the healing ministry at The Church of the Epiphany. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 26 years, Carole, daughters, Patricia Brady of Connecticut and Mary Beth Morowitz of Rhode Island, son Mark Brady of Maryland, step son Thomas Filkohazi of New York and step daughter Laura Gunter of St. Augustine, Fl, 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. His family will celebrate his life with a service on Wednesday March 28 at 8:30 am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Port Orange.
