James H. Long, 55, of Ft. Myers, FL passed away on July 6, 2018 at Gulf Coast Medical Center. James was born on August 10, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio to Francis and Berniece Long. He worked as a Salesman/Installer in the Cultured Marble Industry and was an avid fisherman and boater. James enjoyed collecting and restoring boast and cars, enjoyed socializing with friends, and loved to dance, sing karaoke, and play pool. He loved his family and being a husband and father to his wife and children. He is survived by his loving wife, Maryellen Long; his son, Michael Long and his wife Michelle; his son, Thomas Long and his wife Cherise; his son, Andrew Long; his mother, Berniece Long; his brother, Matthew Long and his wife Arleen; his brother, Thad Long; his sister, Brenda Long; his granddaughter, Londyn Long; and his faithful dogs, Tonka, Leo, and Fiona.
