James K. Phipps, II, 74, of Dunnellon, FL passed away May 28, 2018.  Born in Columbus, OH, he came to this area in 2014 from Texas.  He was a disabled Army Veteran and Baptist by faith.  He is survived by his children, LeeVon Horne of Dunnellon, FL and James L. Phipps of Ocala, FL; siblings, Dale Phipps, Yvonne Pierucki, Gary Phipps and Ernie Phipps; grandchildren, Aliah Phipps, True Phipps and Anaka Horne.  He was preceded in death by 3 siblings.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Freedom Fighters Outdoors 2436 N.
