James Pierstorff, 63, passed away August 3, 2014, at ORMC. He served as Team Leader for SCSO SWAT, rose through the ranks at Altamonte Springs PD and discovered his passion for cycling while in charge of their Bike Unit. After retirement he continued riding 1,000 miles a week and left this world doing what he loved. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Renee Pierstorff, family, and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
