Mr. James S. Strong, 77, passed away on December 28 at his home. A native of Chardon, Ohio, he has been a resident of this area since 1981 coming here from Narragansett, Rhode Island. James was the owner operator of a tax preparation company in Port Orange.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Eileen, sons David & Cathy Strong of Port Orange, Robert Thompson also of Port Orange,  daughters Linda & Muneer Bakhsh of Pooler, GA, Eileen & Peter Eberly of Heathrow, FL, and Charlene & Brad Tipton of Brentwood, MO, sister, Barbara & Wallace Janney, Louisville KY, grandchildren  Caitlin & Andrew Christopher, Joshua Strong, Austin & Yasmin Bakhsh, Elizabeth Eberly, Anthony & Renee Thompson, Gwyneth & Avery Tipton, and great granddaughter Penelope Christopher.
