James David Waters, 91, of North Port, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022. James is loved and survived by his two daughters, Susan Palm and Rosemary Garcia, two grandsons, Dennis Comstock and his family and Frank Garcia, one sister, Betty Hillyard and nephew Dennis. His family was proud of and thank him for his 20 divided years of committed and dedicated military service to both the Army and Airforce. Family services will be private.
