James A. Webb, of North Ft. Myers, Florida, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020. He was 86 years old. James was born on March 26, 1934, in Greencastle, Indiana, to the late Claude Webb and Catherine (Beck) Webb.

During James' working life, he was a manager in the farming industry and was a long-time member of the American Angus Association. Among many things, he enjoyed woodworking and loved to go boating. He was known for his handyman skills and helped many with his expertise. James was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and he served honorably achieving the rank of Corporal.

James is survived by his loving wife of over 60 years, Darlene Mae (Harden) Webb; his children, Gerry (Anita) Webb of Greencastle, Indiana, Karen (George Reger) Phillips of Plainfield, Indiana, Bruce (April) Webb of Arlington, Texas, Cathy (Alex) Obordo of Aurora, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jody, Ben, Kara, Allyson, Channing and Christina; his two great-grandsons, Nolan and Elliot and many others who will miss him dearly.
