James "Jim" Welch, Sr., 73, of Leesburg, FL, passed away October 17, 2014. Jim was born July 7, 1941 in Miami, FL. He moved to Leesburg from Miami in 2011. He is survived by his wife, Monica; son, James Welch, Jr; daughter, Tracy Lee Rutledge; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin Caves.
