James H. Woodring, 93, of Fort Myers, FL passed away on November 3, 2024. Jim was born on November 26, 1930, in Jamestown, New York to parents Frank and Lilly (Pitts) Woodring. He moved from Jamestown to Fort Myers, FL in 1973, where he ran several successful businesses, including the original Price Cutter in North Fort Myers.

James and his wife enjoyed sailing their sailboat to the Keys. He also enjoyed spending any free moment he had with his family.

He is survived by his loving Wife of 72 years, June Woodring; Daughter, Terri Minnick; Granddaughter, Christa (Josh) Thurber; Sisters, Bonnie Woodring and Penny Magnuson; 3 Great Grandchildren as well as many other loving friends and family members. He was preceded in death by his parents and his Son, David Woodring, and Brother, Jack Woodring.
