Mrs. Jane Bass Culpepper, 88, of Orange City, Florida, passed away at her home on November 1, 2021. Born to the late E.P. Bass and Emily Power Bass on May 1, 1933, Jane received her M. Ed. from Georgia State University and ultimately relocated to the Space Coast Region of Florida from Atlanta, Georgia in 1989. She was predeceased by her husband. Baptist by faith, Jane was a career activist and volunteer. She was especially passionate about environmental and animal rights causes. Her affiliations include the Flagler Humane Society, University Women of Flagler, American Association of University Women, Genealogy Club, Friends of A1A and the Garden Club of Palm Coast. Jane is survived by a niece, Suzanne Wheeler (Rick) of Leesburg, Georgia and a cousin, Julia Henderson. Services will be private.
