Janet Arlene Lewis, 79, of Cape Coral FL. (formerly of Marysville, OH), passed away on February 17, 2024 after a brief illness.  She was born in Paris Township, Ohio on August 3, 1944 to the late Russell and Vivian Hoover.

Janet thoroughly loved her family.   She was known to many as Mom or Grandma regardless if you were one of her own.  She enjoyed playing bingo, computer games, and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her son, Greg Lewis (Angie) of Sebring, FL and daughter Cindy Lewis Crippen (Rick) of Cape Coral, FL, grandchildren, Jamie Lewis Rings (Matt) of Worthington, OH and Nathan Crippen of Cape Coral FL, great-grandchildren, Owen & Brennan Rings, brother, Rick Hoover (Marie) of Larue, Oh and bonus children, Brian Worstell, Shannon Worstell Triplett, and Jackie Worstell.  She was preceded in death by her sister Madelyn Hoover Bauman and brother Wendell Hoover.

Memorial services will be held at a later date with her family and friends in Ohio.
