On the morning of October 8th, 2023, heaven gained another angel as Janice Lee McDonald joined her father, Oscar, mother, Iris, and husband, Louis. Janice is survived by her sister, Barbara, sons Michael and Tim, and daughter Veronica. She adored her role as a grandmother, leaving behind cherished memories with her many grandchildren: Kimberly, Kassidy, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Drew, Ryan, Rachel, Ashley, Christopher, Erik, Samantha, Austin, Shelby, and great-grandchildren: Callie, Laytan, Trentan, Mason, MaKayla, Lillyana, Lauralli, Linnyxx, Christopher, Arianna, Talen, Carter, Blaire, Elijah, and Evelynn.

Born in Chicago, IL, she later found her final resting place in sunny North Port, FL. Janice lived a life marked by laughter, passion, and an unyielding love for family. Janice had an undeniable love for dogs, with a heart big enough for Buttons, Coco, Lucky, Sandy, Major, and Daisy, who were her furry companions throughout the years.

Janice's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to have known her. May she rest in peace.
